Consultation and Discovery

  • After your initial enquiry, we’ll reach out to gather some key details and confirm our fee based on the work required
  • You’ll need to provide:
    1. Proof of identity (passport or driving licence)
    2. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement…)
    3. 4 months of bank statements including credit cards
    4. Proof of income (4 months of payslips or 3 years of accounts)
    5. A credit report
    6. Details of any current protection arrangements
  • Once we receive your documents, one of our expert mortgage advisers will get in touch to arrange a free, no-obligation consultation to understand your goals and financial context.

Getting Started

  • If you choose to start your journey with us, we’ll send you a form to complete at your own pace to make sure we have all the relevant information we need.
  • You’ll receive our Terms of Business and pay the initial fee, at which point we begin researching the best mortgage options for you, utilising our wealth of experience and connections.

Our Advice

  • We’ll call you to advise on the right product for mortgage purposes and protection, keeping your goals and financial context in mind.
  • You can take your time to choose the right product for you.

Full Application

  • Once you select a lender, we submit your full mortgage application and your application to the protection provider. We handle all communication with the lender and underwriters, keeping you in the loop, to avoid hassle and save you time.

Valuation and Offer

  • The lender will assess your application and the property. If you’re approved, you’ll receive a formal mortgage offer – congratulations! Take the time to review and sign it; get in touch if you want further guidance.

Legal process and completion

  • After signing the offer, you pay our final fee and we collaborate with your solicitor during the legal process

Move in day!

  • You’ll get the keys to your new home
  • We’ll be here for future support, especially when it’s time to remortgage – we’ll get in touch 6 months before your mortgage expires to go over the best routes moving forward
